You love smoothies. You love coconut. Well here is one amazing and simple recipe to keep you going, give you a great boost in the morning and that has what it takes to sustain you until lunch.

Coconut Berry Green Smoothie

1 1/2 cups coconut milk (either boxed or make your own from 3 TBSP canned coconut milk + 1  1/4 cup water)

Half of a frozen banana

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1 TBSP dried turmeric OR a 1 inch piece of fresh turmeric if you can find it

1 TBSP green powder or other supplements of your choosing

2 TBSP flax seeds or powder, your choice

1/4 cup chopped cucumber

1 handful of fresh spinach leaves

Protein powder of your choosing- without any sweetener added. Be sure to use at least 20 grams of protein if this is a meal and not a snack.

 

Adjust all ingredients as you see fit.
