Recipe- Minty Slaw


Slaw Ingredients: 

1/2 head green cabbage, shredded thin

1/2 bunch fresh mint

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro

Dressing Ingredients: 

1/2 tsp, or pinch sea salt

1 TBSP raw white sugar

1 1/2 TBSP Mayonnaise 

2 tsp rice wine vinegar


1. Mix slaw ingredients in a bowl and refridgerate until ready to eat.

2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl and refridgerate.

3. Mix dressing thoroughly into slaw 5 minutes or so before ready to eat for crunchy, tasty slaw.
